A private hall for up to 150 guests, international cuisine prepared fresh, custom lighting, and a floor plan that makes room for the vals. One family, one celebration, one evening that belongs entirely to her.
A private hall for up to 150 guests — international menus, custom lighting, one celebration at a time.
A quinceañera brings together grandparents, godparents, cousins, and the court of honor — sometimes three generations in one room. International Banquet hosts one event at a time, so the hall, the staff, and the parking lot belong to your family for the evening.
Our kitchen prepares international menus fresh on site, our team sets the room to your layout, and a dedicated event manager stays with you from the first walkthrough to the last dance.
Family owned since 2008, in the same Arlington Heights hall, with more than 2,000 celebrations behind us.
We host one event at a time. Your guests arrive to a private entrance, a private hall, and a staff whose full attention is on your daughter's celebration.
Our culinary team cooks international menus fresh on site and works with you on selections, portion sizes for a large guest list, and dietary needs across the room.
Flexible table layouts open floor space for the entrance, the court, and the vals. Custom lighting shifts the mood from dinner service to dancing.
Your event manager handles the menu, the setup, the timeline, and vendor arrival — so the family can be guests at the party instead of running it.
Our enclosed hall seats up to 150 guests and rearranges around your program — long family tables, a head table for the court, and open floor for the entrance and dancing. Lighting is set to your colors, sound and microphone are ready for toasts, and the screen is there if you're showing a photo montage.
See the HallAll prices are per person, before service charge and tax. Most quinceañeras are evening events, so the buffet and plated dinner are the two families choose from most often.
Event minimums: Lunch (until 4 PM) $1,500 · Sunday–Thursday evening $2,000 · Friday & Saturday evening $3,000.
20% service charge and 11.25% sales tax additional. A $200 deposit reserves your date.
Every family runs the evening a little differently. This is a common shape — your event manager builds the final timeline around your program, your court, and your church schedule.
Tables are set to your layout, lighting is dialed in, and your DJ, photographer, and décor team come through a private entrance while the family is still at the misa.
Free parking right outside, an escorted welcome, and a place-card table near the entrance so 150 people find their seats without a bottleneck.
Lighting shifts, the sound system is cued, and the damas and chambelanes lead the quinceañera in with the floor cleared for the presentation.
Buffet or plated, served by our staff so no one at the family table has to get up and manage anything.
The waltz with her court, the father-daughter dance, the changing of the shoes, toasts on the microphone, and a photo montage on the screen if you have one prepared.
Cake is cut and served, coffee goes out, lighting drops for dancing, and the rest of the night belongs to the guests.
"We had 140 people and three generations in that room, and everything ran exactly on the timeline we planned. The staff kept the food coming and let us just enjoy our daughter's night."
Having the whole hall to ourselves made a difference. Our DJ set up early, the court practiced their entrance in the actual room, and nobody was rushing us.
The food was the part everyone talked about afterward. They worked with us on the menu until it felt like something our family would actually serve.
